Pepper is a 6-year-old Corgi Mix in Kenmore, WA, who needs $2,000 for Dentistry.

Pepper is my baby dog. I rescued her 5 years ago from the family that found her and her sister abandoned in a box at only a few weeks old. They were going to be sent to the shelter and potentially separated. As a young college student I couldn’t bare letting that happen so I brought my girls from Florida back to Washington with me.

Pepper is so smart, she knows a lot of tricks and is the sweetest little soul. She loves on people and is absolutely obsessed with me. Sometimes I catch her staring at me while I work.

Pepper loves to swim, “play laser” (watch them on YouTube), go for a walk and more recently she’s learned to play with toys. You can say hey Pepper do you want o play laser and both of her ears go up and she gets so attentive until you play with her. If you don’t she does these little grunts to let you know she’s waiting.

When I got Pepper as a college student I did not realize you need to brush dogs teeth. We tried to give her the Yak bones instead and they have cracked her molars. She needs treatment so she doesn’t get an infection.

I am paying off college loans with no option for deferment. Pepper needs to get treatment soon so she does not get sick and my fixed income is going to make me decide between having somewhere to live or getting pepper her treatment.
