This is my Pheebs. In July of 2019 I was completely shattered by the death of my best friend Hera. She was a German shepherd and she helped me raise my 3 children.
I was scrolling mindlessly on facebook remembering her when I saw phoebes little face on the rescue site. It was instant love. She looked just as sad as I felt. Phoebe was in Jacksonville Florida when the rescue found her. She was in

She was in a locked car and was dying fast. She had black liquid coming out of her nose and had a surgery to help with the hernia she had. Her tail was broken in 3 places. I flew to petsmart and I fell in love all over again. She was shy but instantly buried her face in my neck. 3 years later she would need a hernia surgery again to correct the one she had. This time phoebe has a mammary glad.

A mammary gland tumor. She has a heart condition so she will be on meds before surgery. I need to save my best friend, she saved me when I was in bad shape. She right me that when you lose one best friend , there’s nothing wrong with adding memories with a different best friend. I need help . This surgery will cost 3700$ I can come up with at least 1000$ but I can’t come up with the rest.
