Phoebe is a 6 year old Poodle in Flowood, MS, who needs $1,500 for Knee Cap Repair.

We really need help with our 6-year-old toy poodle, who needs knee surgery for a painfully luxating patella. Her knee dislocates every time she walks, causing pain and difficulty moving.

We are both in our 80s and live on a fixed income. Our veterinarian, Dr. David May, Jr. of Brandon, Mississippi.

Our toy poodle can not walk without her knee popping out of joint. The only fix is the surgery. She has trouble squatting to pee and poop. She trembles from the pain.

Phoebe has always loved everyone! She love the grand children and our great grand child and recognizes their names when we say they are coming over. She sleeps with me in my bed snuggling to my back. I can’t go to sleep any longer without her next to me.

I’m 80 and my husband is 82. We are both retired. He is a Vietnam vet. Our only income is Social Security. We have good credit but the monthly payment would be difficult to make. Phoebe fills a void in our lives and neither of us can imagine not having her in our laps.
