Piggy is a 7 year old Mix-Breed in Lansing, MI, who needs $2,300 for Ovariohysterectpmy.

Piggy came to me as a rescue about 5 years ago. She had been tossed around from home to home each of which were poor environments for her. She was forced to live in drug houses with uneducated addicts and was treated poorly with little to no attention at all.

I didnt even want Piggy in the beginning as I was caring for my sick mother and didn't really want to take on the responsibility of taking care of a pet, but she grew quickly on me and even on my mother. My mother passed away and the only thing that has gotten me through each day is Piggy and I cannot lose her. She needs to have an emergency operation to remove her uterus or she will die.

She has a condition called pyrometra which is infection in the uterus which which is a critical condition and life-threatening. She is my best friend for the Last 5 Years and I cannot lose her. She is literally the best dog anyone could ask for despite the first two years of herlife. She being treated from Patterson veterinary clinic in Mason and is $2,300.

The cost is around $2,300 and I have little to no money and I'm running out of time as this is an emergency situation and needs to be done ASAP. Or my worst fear will become a reality.
