Pika is a 4 month old Chihuahua in Nooksack, WA, who needs $6,500 for Hypoplastic Vulvar Aperture.

I found Pika on FB from the same lady I got my Brimley from. These two are full blood sissys and come from the same parents. Pika was born with a vulva deformity meaning she never developed a normal external vulva. She was the runt or the litter and I already had her picked out and named when she was only a couple weeks old. Pika was a gift to my dad for Father’s Day. She lives with my dad.

Pika’s vulva deformity requires a Vulvoplasty surgery done by a specialist. Pika’s primary vet attempted a correction once already but the opening essentially closed back up during the healing process. The Specialist at Boundary Bay Veterinary in Bellingham has a solution but for a fee that we cannot afford.

Pika is very special for a puppy dealing with such an abnormal deformity. She is full of life! She absolutely loves everybody and adores her many siblings. She has Brimley of course and 4 other large breed siblings between my dad and I. This girl never gets tired of playing rough with her twin sissy. She will get up on the deck or the couch just to leap, fly & body slam her sissy. Small & mighty!
