Hello my name is Josh and my baby’s name is Piper. I have had her since she was a kitten. We are connected at the hip. If she is with me she is beside me always. She is a part of me and I am a part of her. I love her more than I love myself. We went to the vet this week as I was concerned about a bump on her stomach. We found out that this is cancer and we need an operation as soon as possible.

She is the sweetest thing you will ever meet. Wouldn’t hurt a fly. Well maybe a fly. She is extremely well behaved and in great health aside from this condition. She is an integral part of our family and is what amounts to my daughter. We are all very worried and need any assistance we can get. Please, anyone, help her.

Her best friend is Sebastian, he is our other cat, a bit older than her and doesn’t usually like other cats, just food, but he “tolerates” her. At least that’s what I feel like he would say trying to be macho but he loves her. We all love her and want her to get better. She is the most amazing and expressive cat I have ever met. Such spunk. I always call her pistol Piper.

We went to the animal hospital this week and received the news that she has mammary cancer and it needs to be operated on ASAP. There is really nothing more I can say other than this is very important that we get any kind of help for this. She is the glue of our household. She is everything.

We are loving paycheck to paycheck right now. Money has gotten increasingly tight over the last few months. We manage to keep a great roof over our baby’s head as well as providing her with everything she needs to live a happy life but this caught us off guard.
