Piper is a 4 year old English Springer Spaniel in Galax, VA, who needs $2,000 for Blood Transfusion and Doses of Doxycycline.

We brought our Piper ( English Springer Spaniel) home when she was 5 months old and she now is 4 years old. She is the love our life. She is our baby. We also have Maverick, her brother. We take them everywhere we go. Piper is a mama's girl and will voice her opinion to my wife. They both sleep with us and Piper does not like to bothered when she is taking a nap with us. We love them both.

Piper was diagnosed with IMHA (Immune Mediated Hemolytic Anemia) about 2 months ago. Also our vet said that she may have a blood parasite. She has already had a blood transfusion and on several medications. She was being treated at Animal Medical Services in Mount Airy, NC and Galax Vet in Galax, VA. She is now at Galax Vet.

She is a very loving pup, loves the attention that we give and she gets spoiled. She loves it when she sees other family member and gives them kisses. She is very loyal and very protective of us and her brother. She loves the attention we give her and from someone she meets for the first time.

My wife is retired and I am still working part time. This whole thing was unexpected and the pet bills have adding up very quickly. We love her very much. We know in our hearts that God will heal her. We are not in a position to pay the bills and need help.
