Pippa is a 9 year old Mix-Breed in Pakistan, who needs $900 for Severe Neck Wound and Infection.

ACF Animal Rescue received a frantic call from a very kind lady, who had spotted a dog lying helplessly on the side of the road. With the help of another bystander, they carted Pippa all the way to the ACF clinic.

Upon arrival, it was obvious that this dog needed help. She has a massive open wound on her neck, which is the most pressing issue. She is blind in one eye and has very little vision in the other. Her body was screaming in pain and hunger. She was severely dehydrated. She had smaller injuries in different areas of her body, and swelling near her genitals.

Poor Pipa's body had nearly given up. She was limp upon arrival, exhausted from fighting so hard. She laid still, not resisting at all during her treatment. Once the vets cleaned her up the best they could, she began to perk up when they brought over food. She now rests peacefully, knowing she is safe with a regular feeding schedule. It is tangible how much her panic and exhaustion has subsided.
