This is Pippin, my 3-year-old foster ferret. I’ve only had him for three months, but in that time he’s become deeply loved and completely trusted me with his life.
Pippin has a tumor on his paw, needs urgent dental care, and after a recent UTI is showing signs of possible kidney disease. Without treatment, he could lose his paw and ultimately die from kidney failure.
He’s being treated at Somers Avenue Animal Clinic in Little Rock, AR, by Dr. Amy Hawley. His care includes laser surgery to remove the tumor, dental scaling, bloodwork, and an ultrasound. The estimated cost is $960–$1,360.
