Pistol Pete is a 15 Year Old Mix-Breed in Fort Rice, ND, Who Needs $650 for Exam, Blood Work, X-Ray, and Rabies Vaccination.

So Pete found me one night a few weeks ago when she was digging around in an empty cat food bag. She was so incredibly skinny I couldn't believe it. I set her up with food, water and a warm place to sleep and she is officially a member of our fur baby family.

I don't know any background information on her, just that I think she is pretty old and needs a vet check-up. She had a BIG appetite when she showed up but in the last few days she eats very little and just sleeps. I'm so worried about her.

I named her Pistol Pete because of her "I don't give a #&** attitude" because she was on a mission to live here and get everyone to love her. MISSION ACCOMPLISHED! Between Pete and my other cat Ninja Mittens they keep my Husky, Gary-Alan, running in circles.

I have a dog and cat and so many other monthly expenses that unfortunately a vet visit is not in the budget right now. She was so much more active when she showed up she followed me everywhere and now she seems like she's deteriorating so fast all I can do is cry.
