Pocahontas is a 6-year-old German Shepherd in Bushnell, FL, who needs $2,000 for Exploratory Surgery and Possible Removal of Tumor.

We bought Pocahontas over 6 years ago to be a part of our family. She is such a wonderful blessing to have in our family. She lives with us in the home of 3 children and 2 adults. She also has 2 brothers and a son that also live with us in the home. We are all She knows and the only family she has ever had.

Pocahontas is an inside dog. She is our family. She is one of 4 dogs that we have. We Love Her So Much! She is so loyal and protective of all of us especially the kids. We have had her since she was 8 weeks old. We hope to have her with us for many more years. She is not just a dog to us She is our family.

Pocahontas is so special because she loves her family and such a devoted dog. She loves to play catch and sometimes run away with the ball. She is so full of energy and wants more attention than the other dogs. She actually gets quite jealous if the other dogs get more attention than her. She protects you in the bathroom too, 😆

Pocahontas has been losing weight at a fast rate and so we took her into thr vet to get examined. She was found to have a tumor the size of a cantaloupe. If it isn't removed immediately it will burst and kill her. They want to do surgery immediately to be sure where it islocated precisely and make sure it hasn't spread. They believe it to be aggressive as fast as the weight loss happened

We are a one income family and barely can make it from payday to payday so we cannot afford the amount of over 3000.00. It is 3088.97. But we want to do what we can to save her.
