Poppi is a 7 year old Chihuahua in Summerville, SC, who needs $2,000 for Jaw Surgery.

Poppi and I have been together for 7 years. I found him on the streets with his siblings, but he was the only one that came up to me. I was happy to finally have a dog of my own. And he was finally happy to have a home to go to and a bed to sleep in.

Poppi was attacked causing him to have a puncture wound by his spine and two fractures in his jaw which he now has to undergo surgery. We are currently at blue pearl where he is being treated for his broken jaw.

Poppi will always have a special place in my heart, that’s my little baby. He may have the most smelliest breath but I still love him. He’s always there for me when I need him, gives the greatest kisses and cuddles. Puts up with wearing sweaters and pajamas to bed. I love this dog and I would be lost without him.

This was an unexpected accident that I was not ready for. He is still a young baby and has a long way to go so it would mean the world to me to have him healthy again.
