Meet Precious, a dog whose story will break your heart. For over a month, this sweet soul suffered in silence, abandoned in a derelict building with no medical care, no comfort, and no hope. Covered in wounds, emaciated, and unable to use his hind legs, Precious was found in horrible shape. He was left to endure unimaginable pain, all alone, until one compassionate person reached out for help.

His face tells the story. The sadness, the fear, the exhaustion. Precious has been through so much, yet he is still holding on. He deserves so much more than this life of neglect and suffering. Baw Baw Animal Welfare took Precious to the vet to receive the immediate medical care he desperately needed. Once he is stable, they will bring him to their sanctuary where he can heal – physically, emotionally, and mentally.
