Precious is a 6 year old American Pit Bull Terrier in Lansing, MI, who needs $2,000 for Cystotomy.

I rescued Precious off the streets when she was just 6 months old. I was nervous at first as I had never owned a Pit Bull before, but as soon as I saw her face, I was in love. The bond between us was instant and she follows me wherever I go in the house or yard. She is spoiled and allowed to be on the furniture, sleep in my bed or where ever she wants. I give her everything her heart desires.

Precious has been diagnosed with 2 very large kidneys stones that can only be removed with surgery and the Jolly Road Vet Hospital in Lansing, MI said she needs this surgery ASAP in order to save her as the stones are irritating her bladder causing her to urinate blood.

My dog is my world! She is my comfort and joy, never showing a mean bone in her body. She loves people and other animals. As you can tell by the pictures, one of her best friends is a cat, named Smokie. I know that after a hard day at work, Precious is there ready to give me doggie kisses and climb on my lap. She is my comfort on hard days and sunshine when I am down. I would be lost without her.

I have already paid for 2 vet visits, 3 medications for Precious, an x-ray, and special dry food that is $40 for just 6 pounds. I don't make a whole lot and it barely covers my bills. I need my dog healthy to give me comfort and strength every day.
