Help Prince Begin His Next Chapter

Prince is a fighter and a survivor. At around seven years old, he lived through a house fire. Unfortunately, his hardships did not end there. For the past year, he has struggled with chronic ear infections that repeatedly returned despite treatment, leaving him in ongoing pain and discomfort.

Poofer’s Place Rescue recently discovered the cause: multiple polyps growing deep inside Prince’s ear canal. Because of their size and location, the veterinarian was unable to remove them safely. After seeking a second opinion, the rescue learned that Prince’s best chance for lasting relief is a Total Ear Canal Ablation (TECA), a major surgery that will remove the diseased ear canal.

The procedure carries risks, and the road ahead is understandably frightening. But without surgery, Prince will continue living with the chronic pain he has endured for far too long. If all goes well, this operation could finally give him the comfort and quality of life he deserves.

Once Prince has healed, the hope is that he will be healthy enough to begin his next chapter in a loving home. But first, he urgently needs our help.
