I got Prince when he was first able to be adopted! He fell down the stairs and fractured his elbow and emergency surgery is $8000 dollars! I can’t afford it and my pup is in pain 😭 Help!!!

Prince is a lovable and playful dog! He gets along great with kids and our family! He loves to eat, run, and he can shake ☺️ I hate seeing him in pain.
