Princess is a 7-year-old Yorkshire Terrier in Oak Park, MI, who needs $2,000 for Exploratory Surgery.

Princess is a Yorkshire Terrier , she weighs 3lbs. Princess is well loved and very protective. Princess is 7 years old and has been with our family since she was 3 months old. She love cuddles and is the only pet of the family. She loves to run in circles and play with her stuff animals. Princess loves sitting on the porch in the summer and sun bathing she is just a joy to have around.

Princess runs the house, she loves watching people cook as if it is her favorite TV show. Princess loves laying under us and following us around the house. She loves bringing all her toys out to play with us. When princess is tired she will hide under a blanket.

Princess hates the snow and rain but loves to sit in the sun in front of the door or window. She enjoys pup cups and DQ on her birthday. She is very small but packs a mean bark, we call her the alarm, she is all bark with no bite. If you get close too her she instantly gets scared.

Princess started vomiting yesterday 2/6 and also had a case of diarrhea, she was still drinking water and started vomiting up her water. Today 2/7 Princess passed a bloody stool. We immediately took her to the vet North Main Clinic in Royal, Oak, MI and was informed she has an obstruction in her belly and the cost would be anywhere from $2300-$4000 for surgery.

This is a very unexpected expense. I have insurance on her but it is only for routine visits. I have called around seeking financial assistance and have not been lucky. I am hoping to save her life.
