Princess is a 10 year old Rat Terrier in River Falls, WI, who needs $800 for Heart and Stomach Ultrasound.

Princess was rescued from a neglect situation by my older sister about 4 years ago! Her and I bonded right away and have been inseparable since! Princess has been with me through a lot of big changes and difficult times in my life and I couldn’t imagine her not in my life! She had some serious dental and weight issues when she came to me and we’ve made amazing progress on her health and happiness!

Princess began acting out of the ordinary about a couple weeks ago. I decided to take her to the vet based on a gut feeling. The vet at Hillcrest Animal Hospital in Hudson ran some tests and we have not heard back yet! Although they did recommend getting a heart and stomach ultrasound due to her having a heart murmur during her check up and since she is a senior at 10 years old!

Everyone that has met Princess has fallen in love with her. She is sweet, polite, and well behaved! She enjoys cuddles and leisure walks with her mom (me!). She loves all other pets and animals she’s encountered. She also LOVES children and they love her! She’s also very funny and a little awkward! She truly is the best girl I could ever ask for!

Unfortunately, I do not have the financial means to afford the best care for her, which she deserves. I work almost full time as a caregiver at an assisted living facility. I am also a full time student at the University of Wisconsin River Falls.
