Penny came into my life as a puppy. She was the result of a neighbors Pomeranian dogs who were not fixed and her family was just looking for good homes for the puppies. She is now 7 and i could not imagine my life without her. I take her everywhere and she is my best friend.

Penny was diagnosed with luxatting patellas in both of her back legs. She is limping constantly and unable to stand let alone play run or jump without pain. She limps or yelps most days and is trying so hard to be a trooper through it but you can see she is in pain. She is in need of surgery for both of her back legs to set her kneecap properly and hopefully live a pain free life.

She is an absolute hurricane. Shes crazy, funny, and will do just about anything for attention. She drives her brother Spike crazy but he loves her in his own way. She has been my entire world since I got her and it absolutely kills me to see her in pain. Her personality has calmed down quite a bit since her diagnosis.

Penny has lost so much of her personality when her knees started to go. She is in pain everyday and i feel absolutely desperate to help her. I miss my hurricane. Shes saved my life in so many immeasurable ways and i would do anything to bring her relief from her pain.
