My dog is a 5 year old German shepherd living with me and my girlfriend. We’ve had him ever since he was a puppy. He’s always loved playing with his ball and now due to the condition he can barely play anymore

My dog randomly had a large golf ball sized lump show up overnight on his neck. Most likely to be some sort of cyst that needs to be drained per the vets I’ve spoke to.
