Quincy came into our lives about 10 months ago as a little kitten. As a first time pet owner, thrilled wouldn’t even begin to explain what he meant to us. He is our world, our little baby, our everything. Since he was a baby, Quincy has had more medical needs than most but it was our absolute honor to give back to him as he gave so much to us. He made our house a home, he made a couple a family. ❤️

My boyfriend and I share Quincy together. Q will be the first to tell you that mom and dad are too clingy and can’t spend a single night without him from the first day he came to us. He likes being a big boy and hanging out with daddy during the workday but at heart and most days he is a huge mama‘s boy and likes to give her all the kisses and snuggles in the world (makes his dad extra jealous 😅).

Quincy is sweetest, gentlest, most loving yet independent boy. No matter what, he would never scratch anyone, even when he is getting baths against his will. He loves to lose his temper over those vicious leaves and birdies in the windows and loves to playfully nip when his belly is stroked. He loves Tuna more than anything in the world and has a lil snaggle tooth that makes his mommy’s heart melt

Ten days ago our world was turned upside down. I always thought I was a hypochondriac and rushed Quincy to the ER because he was being lethargic. The last thing we expected was for him to be diagnosed with CHF as a result of severe Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy. Additionally he also has mitral valve dysplasia and LVOT. Today is his 1st bday and up until 2 days ago, we didn’t think we would’ve made it

Since 10 days ago, Q’s bills have totaled ~10k. No matter the cost, we are going to give our baby a fighting chance even if that means borrowing money. His prognosis is poor but we have reached out to every cardiologist in the US to help give our baby the best chance at life.
