Random belongs to 16 year old boy named Garrett. Garrett wanted a kitten for a very VERY long time. Just before his 10 the birthday, Garrett’s parents rescued her from a home overrun with cats that was rehoming kittens. Garrett was ECSTATIC and she has been his best friend (he calls her his child) ever since!

On Sunday, June 15th 2025, Random wasn’t acting like her usual self. She wasn’t very hungry and sleeping more than normal. On Monday, she began vomiting in the morning, but it had subsided by the evening. She threw up one more time Tuesday morning and had not vomited again until late Tuesday night early Wednesday morning. She is now lethargic and not eating or drinking.

We recently was forced to move from our family home due to mold issues. My son Garrett is on the autism spectrum and does not do well with change. This move has been very difficult on him. Now that we are settled into our new house with his cat falling ill it’s a scary time for him. The thought of losing his cat absolutely shatters his world.
