Rascal is a 10 year old American Shorthair in Stafford Springs, CT, who needs $2,000 for IV Kidney Flush (Dialysis).

Rascal has been with me since he was 3 weeks old. He was rescued by a friend of mine after being separated from his Mom, and he's been my best friend since.
Rascal has been there for me through so much, and I love this lil guy with all my heart. He's so smart and loving, and seeing him this way, knowing that he can recover, but that I can't afford his care, breaks my heart.

Rascal's kidneys are failing, and he needs to be hospitalized to be on IV therapy to improve his kidney function. Our Vet at Fenton River in Stafford, CT says his prognosis looks hopeful, but only with hospitalization, and I cannot afford the full cost up front.

Rascal is so funny, he will give me a certain look when he wants treats, and if I don't comply in a timely manner, he'll do something fresh to get my attention lol. He's also so compassionate, anytime I'm sad, he comes and sits in my lap, and snuggles with me. He sleeps in my bed every night, and I just can't imagine his life being cut short due to money.

I am a Mom of 3 & the sole income in my household. I've been sick with GI infections for the last 8 months & medical costs have crippled me financially. I'm trying to find a Vet to setup payment plan, but so far, no one will. I've been denied for Care Credit & Scratch Pay.
