About this campaign
Raven has been the light of my life since we found her at 8 weeks old. Always full of energy and happy to see everyone. She does not know a stranger. You can see the smile on her face when wags her WHOLE back end! Always greeting you at the door with a toy. She is also the most empathetic pup I have ever had, able to calm and just snuggle with me after I have a seizure.
Raven’s happy tail as they call it is what has caused the problem. She has split open her tail so bad that after weeks and f bandages and antibiotics, we cannot get it to heal and the infection is spreading. The vet, 2 of them are recommending amputation. For 3 weeks we have had to keep Raven semi sedated, she is in pain and not her joyful self.
Raven loves the whole family with her all her heart. She knows what we all need. The kids want to play, I need snuggles and Tim needs calming after rough hospital stays and dialysis days. She is the mediator between the new puppy and our other dog, she strives for harmony. She puts out calming energy everywhere she is.
With Tim’s constant health issues getting worse and being the only income we dont have a savings. I work 2 jobs. And cover all things basic. But we especially just had a run of bad luck with the dogs all needing something, and we have been battling this for 3 weeks
