Raya came into our life and our hearts during the pandemic, as a single mom, I was hoping for a pet to give love to my daughter when I had to work. These two became fast friends and sleep together almost every night.

Raya, an indoor, cat got spooked during a thunderstorm and ran out an open door. She found her way back to us but she now needs a life saving hernia operation. We believe that someone hit her with their car and left her. She has a broken foot which we treated and broken ribs as well as a rupture that we need some financial help to treat.

Raya is one of the best pets I've ever had, she cuddles with myself and my daughter when we are going through tough times. As a single mom, it's not always easy to split time between work and being with my daughter. Raya helps keep her company during those times. She also comforts me during my trials and tribulations of life.
