Reese came into my life almost 6 years ago, it was a rough time in my life going thru an injury and multiple knee surgeries her coming into my life helped me tremendously with the recovery and loneliness I felt. Reese as soon as we saw her we knew she was meant to be ours…She’s not just another dog she’s my baby bear cub.. I’d do anything for her.

Reese shares her home with 4 other furbaby members her biological sister from the same litter Remi we acquired Remi because her first mom didn’t have time for her and bought her for her one year old. She has a chihuahua mix sister Riley, one brother a Jack Russell Finley and our newest addition two year old Penelope who’s also a chocolate lab she came from a family divorcing who crated her always

Reese just knows when I’m hurting or when I need those extra kisses, she wakes me up in the morning with that big wet tongue like good morning mom it’s a new day, even being hurt she still has that love to give. When I walk in the door she has to run and grab what’s close a toy, or my shoe lol and she puts in her mouth and talks to me it’s the cutie at thing ever as her tails wagging love her!

Reese about a month ago was outside and saw a squirrel before I saw it she was on a full on run to get it and as fast as she took off she stopped almost just as fast and lifted up her back leg… I immediately ran to her and got her in the house crying as I’m doing so. She went to the vet who stated it was a torn CCL we can’t get into the doctor until the beginning of june.

Reese is my baby, she’s my bear cub, I suffer from separation anxiety and she’s my one family member I can always count on. My wife had to retire early from the sheriffs Dept due to having an incident causing her to suffer from PTSD. So we’ve lost an income that was steady.
