About this campaign

Remington came into our lives because someone needed to get rid of him and we had two of his offspring. I wasn’t sure we could manage at the time but I knew we had to take him because then I would be sure he was loved. We have had him now for six all too short years and I know it sounds cliche but he is my best friend and I would do anything for him. In fact in June when a cancerous tumor was discovered in his mouth we made to decision to exhaust all personal financial options to pay for the expensive surgery. Now he has another battle to fight. He has a tumor in the bone in his leg and the course of treatment is an aggressive amputation. We want to make this happen but the financial drain is taking its toll on us. I refuse to imagine life without him and I don’t want to be forced to make a decision based on money. He’s lucky to be in the care of an amazing surgeon named Dr. Townsend at Med Vet in Cleveland Ohio but the treatment and following chemo is very expensive. Please know that I really am not the type of person to ask for help but my sweet boy is that important to me. If you can’t offer financial assistance please just say a prayer for my sweet boy Remington.
