About this campaign
Remy is a 1 year old tuxedo cat and he is an only child. Currently he is living in an apartment with 4 college students. He was given to us by a family friend and there are no other pets in the household. Many people think we named him Remy from the movie Ratatouille (which is a great movie). He can do tricks and he loves to have supervised outdoor time to eat and smell some grass!!
Remy is extremely playful and friendly and loves to play with anyone! He sleeps in his own bed and he loves to go walking outside with us. He will chase birds when he is outside but he is the type to never harm one but be friends with them. He loves to go into any box and he is extremely curious whenever anything new is brought into the home.
Remy is extremely communicative and especially in the morning when he is tired of waiting around for someone to wake up and play with him. He makes everyone laugh and is the life of the party. He loves to play table tennis and shuffleboard and is competitive when he plays so don't take it personally if he wins!
I am seeking help because for graduation, my roommate was given a bouquet of lilies and I wasn't aware. These plants are extremely toxic to cats and even a small amount of pollen that has been ingested could be fatal. They were left out and he did show that there was some in his system. The vet recommended that he be hospitalized, however, that was not an option due to financial constraints.
I graduated from college 2 days ago and am unemployed since I'm a full-time student. Remy is the best thing that has ever happened to me and I would do anything to have him healthy again. It would mean the world for any help. I also want many to be educated abt lily toxicity
