Rex is a 5 year old American Pit Bull Terrier in Robbinsdale, MN, who needs $600 for Exam, Vaccines, Neuter, Mass Removal, and Possible Hip Dysplasia.

Rex came into my life very unexpectedly. His previous owner went on a weekend trip out of state and never came back. I’ve had Rex for about four months now and he’s a bit of a handful. Grain and gluten intolerance and hasn’t been to the vet, ever, he’s 5. With needing to get everything done at once and my car needing repairs it’s not the best timing financially.

I’m looking to get an initial visit, neutered, shots, heart worm check and preventative chews, bloodwork done, he has a mass in his mouth which could require surgery if cancerous, he’s starting to show hip displasia.

Rex is disinterested in toys, he is very picky about his food. It needs to be changed every three days or he won’t eat it. (He requires grain and gluten free) gets a long well with people, does not interest t well with other dogs, so dog parks are out. He does like walks but he gets tired very easily these days partly to do with the hips and partly to do with an unknown factor.

I’ve known him since 2019 and I can’t give him up just yet. I hope maybe if he gets neutered , shots and heartworm and basic health figured out he’ll be happy again.
