My dog Rex and I have been together for almost 14 years this upcoming October. This dog is the only survivor left of his litter which i am very proud of. I named him Rex because of his facial features. His fur is unlike any other dogs. His loyalty to me is unquestionable.

He has his Plan through Banfield. However, I am seeking help to deal with a condition that will require chronic treatment. Right now, this week, he is barely holding food that's if he doesn't throw it up. He has history of pancreatitis, (multiple cases), and his blood levels are sky high. pancreas, liver, you name it, all are suffering. He will have some sort of failure if you do not help today.

My dog is my best friend, people greeter, and my midnight panic attack buddy. he's been with me through every dark night and every tough day. I will miss him so much I am not sure how I will grieve. I know he deserves this. If I could trade places with him I would. I'm positive he'd be a great human being - better than me. he doesn't deserve what's happening in his body.

I don't want to sound like a basket case, however I lost parents at a very early age, I have recently been laid off from a job that was paying all of my bills, Including rex's. I will lose my best friend if no one can help me today, not later this week, not in a month, TODAY
