Reyna is a 15-year-old Chihuahua in Merced , CA, who needs $2,000 for Ovariohysterectomy.

Reyna came into our life as a rescue from an old friend. She was one year old when we brought her into our family. She is now 15 . My son was 3 years old then. He is now 17. He has had Reyna all his life. Currently my son and I are not homeless, however we are low income.

Reyna sleeps in her beds. She has one in my room, and one in the living room. She likes to be where someone is at. She enjoys chasing her stuffed baby. She picks them out herself. She loves walks. She walks off leash. She loves to go camping. She loves watching movies and cuddling. She is great with kids, and loves everyone. Her heart and lungs are good. The vet says she can live to be 20.

Reyna has a lot of personality. She does this funny thing with her body on your feet when shes feeling like loving you. She will lick you to death. She is so greedy. She can stare you down over a piece of chicken. I really like that she is good with my grandchildren . They love to feed her.

Reyna needs to have her uterus removed. She has some sort of liquid that is leading to infection. We need to do this surgery as soon as possible so that she will not be in pain. She is going to Valley Pet Hospital in Merced ca. The doctor that saw her is Dr. Jon Klingborg.

I am a single parent, and our funds are low. We want more than anything to have Reyna have a pain free life. We have had her for 14 years. We love her with all our hearts. She is a member of the family. We understand that she is old, but she is otherwise healthy.
