About this campaign

In October 2021 I was visiting my aunt when she showed me a litter of kittens.. The mother of this litter had abandoned them, my aunt then bottle feed them until they were able to eat dry food. While two out of the 3 kitties were very skittish, one (Rigby) was happy to be played with. He looked up at me and scratched the door, That’s when I knew he chose me. ❤️

On Friday August 2 I took him into Mission Animal Hospital because he was unable to urinate. He stayed there for two nights. I picked him up on Sunday super excited to finally have him home but within 24 hours he became blocked again. I took him back in to mission Animal Hospital , Monday, August 5. His kidney levels were off and they are recommending surgery to fix his urethra.

Rigby is absolutely my everything. He’s always there for good cuddles. He can be very mischievous, but with him being in the hospital over the weekend, I really missed his antics. I wouldn’t trade him for any other cat in the world. He is my soulmate, “my person” he is really such a good boy and he’s very friendly and even enjoys my nieces.

Cost-of-living is outrageous right now and I really just don’t have the extra to pay for his emergency hospital bills and his surgery. It would mean the world to me to have him back healthy! Anything really helps. Thank you so much!
