Riley came into our lives 10½ years ago when her grandpa Frank, of blessed memory, asked for a puppy. We went to the WI Humane Society and came home with Riley, a new family member who became his best friend. Her daddy named her after the character from Inside Out, and it fits her perfectly. She shares her sweet love with Mom, Dad, 2 brothers, 2 sisters, 3 cat siblings, and family. We love Riley!

Riley has a large thyroid carcinoma that is invading her jugular vein and pressing on her esophagus, making it harder for her to breathe. We have been treating her with Palladia, but it is not working as hoped. Her surgeon has recommended surgery soon to remove the tumor. We are praying this gives Riley more time to keep sharing her love with all of us.

Riley loves being outside in her fenced-in yard, especially on her Chase Lounge chair. When her brother is outside, she is right there with him. She loves taking walks with her daddy, auntie, and 2 fur-cousins. Riley’s love is contagious, and she has so much more life and love to share with all of us.

Asking for help is not easy for us. Personal health issues have made it difficult for us to work, and we are struggling to come up with the money Riley needs for her surgery. We love our sweet girl so much and want to give her the chance to keep enjoying life!
