Riley is a 2-year-old Pit Bull in Norcross, GA, who needs $1,000 for Stone Removal.

I found Riley dumped behind a warehouse as a small puppy and took him home with me. He had worms and Parvo and I had him treated for both. I was not sure he would survive. He now almost 3 years old, but has dealt with numerous health problems. I am still so happy I was able to save Riley from a scary situation.

Riley is like my son. My daughter calls him her baby brother. I also have a 9 year old German Shepherd who loves him dearly. He and my German Shepherd sleep with my 11 year old daughter every night in her room. Riley has been hospitalized and it is causing great depression for our older dog who has looked all over the house for him.

I have so far spent $1500 on Riley this week, but I didn't have enough funds stashed away to cover the expense that has come with this illness. The surgery itself is nearly $3000.

Riley was diagnosed with liver disease that has caused bladder stones and urinary blockage. Until today, we were not sure that he would survive. His treatment is cost thousands of dollars that is hard to cover as a single mother. He is staying at Shepherd Animal Hospital in Berkley Lake, GA. The vet has been wonderful, but I can't pick him up until I pay for his treatment.

Riley has such a wonderful personality. He adds so much joy to our home. He loves his toys and hates to share. Riley is very entertaining to have around. He gets the zoomies and runs all over our house with his favorite toy until he can barely breathe. He is clingy and loves to sit with me and watch TV. His favorite snack is popcorn or boiled eggs.
