About this campaign

Our little Riley came into our life during the Covid pandemic. Once a stray, she quickly became an important part of our family. She brought hope and light to our household during a dark, unpredictable time.

Unfortunately, Riley is experiencing frequent ureteral stones which are creating blockage prompting immediate care. Her kidneys are taking the impact of the blockage leading to her renal failure. Hospitalization/ at-home treatment has proven to be unsuccessful as she continues to produce ureteral stones. Our only option left to keep our baby thriving is a subcutaneous ureteral bypass surgery.

Riley means the world to us and we have been doing everything we can to best support her. Her blockage is time-sensitive and everyday more damage is being caused to her kidneys.

This unexpected major expense has put a strain on our medical journey as we cannot afford the surgery on our own. Multiple speciality animal surgeons are estimating her surgery to be $12-17k.

It would mean the world to have support in any way possible.
