About this campaign

I met Ripley at the Small Dog Shelter in Phoenix in September. She is 1 year old and has a benign condition of cysts in her hair follicles on top of her head. She was surrendered because her previous family didn't have the funds for the surgery to cure the condition. I brought her home to Flagstaff and took her to my Veterinarian. I received a quote of 1600.00 for the needed surgery.

Dr. Brown at Continental Animal Clinic consulted with an animal Dermatologist and I was told the surgery would cure her condition. They will remove the affected skin and stretch the loose skin from her neck and stitch in place over the area of skin removal.

She is a playful, active Pup. Loves myself and my Husband and cuddles with us. She speaks in the Chihuahua language that is so adorable. Ripley loves fetching her toys and playing Tug O War.

We are retired on Social Security with small pension. Cost of living in Flagstaff is very high. After multiple rounds of chemo and radiation, I am 9 years cancer free, but not able to live in the heat of Phoenix. In Flagstaff the weather has resolved that issue.
