About this campaign
I found Rita online , when I found her a yr ago she was so unsure of herself, she's come a long way since, she was very scared and unsure of herself, in the last year she has learned to trust and is now getting her self confidence, and has opened up with alot of curiosity and love to give. She's definitely learning to trust again.
She loves to be with my grandkids when they are home , she loves to go on walks and play with the kids , she's usually playful and full of life, she loves company when they come and sit beside them to get her share of attention, she enjoys going for rides to get the kids from school and in general.
She has definitely taken a huge place in mine and my grandkids hearts, she has really come out of her shell in the last yr, she will sass back if she feels like it , , she will bark and bounce around to let you know that she is ready to go out or for a walk, and when it's time for sleep she loves to sleep between the kids beds in there room.
She's spaded and micro chipped and up to date on everything, hand pretty healthy, until she was playing and decided to jump off my couch and landed into a stand inwich she dislocated her hip, I took her to her vets office (midstate vetinary clinic) in which Dr, walker suggested she needs surgery to fix it. In the mean time she's required to take pain meds every other day.
I'm a single grandma raising two grandchildren on my disability and SSI, so income is very limited for me, it's heartbreaking that I can't afford her surgery, it would mean so much to see her get the treatment and surgery that she so deserves.
