Six years ago, on Christmas Eve, River came into our lives as the most precious surprise gift. From the moment she arrived, she became the glue that held our home together. A few months ago, River suddenly started limping, and after seeing multiple vets, we got the heartbreaking news—she needs TPLO surgery on both knees.
