Rocco was in rescue in Ireland for the first 528 days of his life and then a friend of mine in Ireland showed him to me and I immediately fell in love with him and with the help of Rosie and Jenny at the Haven Rescue in Ireland and Darren Bracken who worked tirelessly we got him here to me his life in a rescue center was over he was home forever since then we've only been apart for a few hrs

Rocco spends most of his days playing with his ball or tire or chewing his bones besides that he loves to cuddle sometimes I catch him watching TV and being nosey

Rocco is curious he likes to know what's going on all the time and his facial expressions let u know he's listening or checking something out if I'm eating beef Jerky or something he wants a taste of he lays his chin on my leg and looks up at me wrinkling his forehead when I ask do u want some he pops his head up turns it sideways and stares waiting b4 he sits for it

Yesterday morning I woke up and as always when my chair clicks he came over to me but he was walking abnormal then collapsed like his back legs quit I jumped up to see what was going on but he wouldn't stand up he drug himself across the floor I immediately called my wife to come home from work Blu pearl was the only one that'd see him they said he has a spinal injury requiring surgery 6-9k$

I'm on disability my wife works full time and this was an unexpected huge expense we never seen coming especially considering his age and health check ups thru the rescue
