Rocco is a 6-year-old Boston Bulldog in Mechanicsville, VA, who needs $1,700 for Chemotherapy.

We bought him from a store front and we knew he was the one the way he jumped up and locked eyes with us . Rocco is our first pet , and we named him Rocco because rocky was too regular of a name at the time so we changed it . He is a Boston terrier bulldog mix and is 45 pounds , and small but mighty .

Rocco is the little brother to my 16 year old son. He is the king of the house . Where ever there is a comfy blanket or a heating pad , there’s Rocco ! He knows to to lock those eyes with you and get his favorite treat ! He loves long walks in the neighborhood and watching out the front door for passers by . Rocco waits at the door for my son every afternoon off the bus .

When Rocco walks into a room , whether it be the doctor , or store or family , he plops down in the middle of the floor and waits for all the love….. he knows he’s a magnet of adorableness ! He loves kids and whenever we go for a walk he stops and lets them all love on him and he’s so good around them .

Rocco was diagnosed with mast cell cancer at age 5 and 1/2 and had it removed . A month later all his lymph nodes started swelling and we had him tested he is positive for lymphoma high grade . Without chemotherapy his life expectancy is 2-4 months .

His bill total is $15,000. We already put out $4000 for his mast cell removal and testing . He is a good doggy and doesn’t deserve to go at such a young age of 6….. the bills are just too much to handle .
