Rocco is a 2-year-old Labradoodle in Miami, FL, who needs $2,000 for Cranial Cruciate Ligament /Patellar Luxation.

Rocco was a miracle in our life. He was part of a group pf puppies that were being sold for $300 from a neglecting breeder in Jacksonville. It was my son's birthday and he came up to me and said "mom can we safe him for my birthday?" I saw the Facebook post my friend posted and immediately contacted her. Through our military unit we were able to work as a team and bring Rocco home.

Rocco is our ROCK. He is my 12 year old son's best friend. He consoles my 8 year old son with autism and he plays with my 6 year old like there is no tomorrow. He has been my emotional support for 2 years almost 3. He is a lover and playful baby. He knows exactly when and where he is needed in our home. We started in a 2 bedroom apartment where Rocco took up every bed.

I was unemployed due to COVID 19 and i have managed to keep me and my kids afloat. However, due to my bills and credit score no one will approve me for a loan. During this time my kids and I need Rocco the most. I want him to be able to run and play again.

When Rocco turned 1 he began to limp on his back left leg. We went to Banfield for a check up and it was a simple strain. He was given medicine for pain and we were told he would be fine. Then exactly 1 week ago Rocco was not able to get up. We were so scared as to what caused him to cry. After an emergency visit we were told his injury was pretty bad. Rocco can not walk or run normal anymore

Rocco is a serious snugger. He loves to hug you while you sleep. He also enjoys to sit like an old man on a couch and he enjoys watching the kids play. Rocco loves to chase lizards and leaves. His most beautiful characteristic is his non violent character. He loves everyone and every dog big or small.
