Rocco is a 7 month old Mix-Breed in San Bernardino, CA, who needs $2,000 for Intrahepatic Portosystemic Shunt.

Rocco was adopted and is a 7 month old maltipoo and chihuahua. We were so happy to welcome Rocco into our family after losing our fur baby of 16 years. He is such a joy!

In September Rocco became ill and after several tests it was discovered he had a liver shunt. We are maintaining his health temporarily with Lactulose and prescription dog food. This is only a temporary solution and needs to have surgery in January 2025.

Rocco loves to play with his lamb chop. He loves fetch and tug of war. He is always excited to see new people and loves to play with other pups at obedience school or day camp.

I am retired law enforcement officer. I am a lymphoma survivor. Rocco has pet insurance however not enough to cover the surgery. If Rocco does not get this surgery he will not make it. The outlook of him having the surgery is very promising.
