Rock Lee is a pure bred Aussie. We got him when he was a couple weeks old back in 2015. He has since changed our lives forever. He is absolutely amazing and has brought so much joy in our life until recently. Rock Lee was diagnosed with epilepsy In August 2018. Since then we have taken out a carecredit to help with his expenses for him and our senior animals. After going back and forth to the vet we decided to send him to a rescue in CT that specializes in special need dogs. Rock Lee was schedule to leave by pilot for paws on Saturday 02/02 (this birthday weekend) to his new temporary home, unfortunately when we went on 01/29 for a check up on blood work and x-rays he had to have emergency abdominal surgery or be put down. Of course we decided on the surgery instead of putting him down. I have been trying my best to take care of him. I am currently 5 months pregnant with a 1 year old and my husband is deployed until the end of my pregnancy. I have 3 other senior animals in my house I have put on the back burner to make sure Rock Lee got his treatment. Since then his flight has been cancelled and he will not be going to the rescue until he is feeling better and able to eat and drink and take his medicine.
