Rocko is a 9 year old Yorkshire Terrier in Fort Worth, TX, who needs $2,500 for Thyroid Resection.

Rocko was a foster and 7 years old His owner left him at the groomers and said she didn’t want him anymore. Owner instructed groomer to take to animal shelter. Groomer had been grooming him since he was a baby and told her she would find him a home. I offered to foster him and fell in love with him. He has an older sister Roxy who is a 18 year old peekapoo.

We found a lump on his neck a few days before Christmas and took him to vet. He needs surgery to remove lump off his thyroid. Hopes it will be benign and not require chemotherapy.

In just two years he has become a member of our family. We love him so much and can’t imagine a life without him. I believe in his previous life he was caged 24/7. At our home there is no cages snd he has blossomed. We love him so much.
