Rocky Crocker is a 10-year-old Lab Mix in Houston, TX, who needs $2,000 for Neck Surgery.

Rocky was found as a puppy in the dumpster thrown away. Rescued and gifted to me during a difficult time. He saved my life and has become my best friend. We live near parks, trails, he could easily go miles with me now can’t even stand up. I went on vacation, came back, his neck was broken. Now I have no way to keep him alive.

Rocky is everyone’s favorite dog, very loving around the family and has no enemies. Rocky thinks he is a cat because he grew up around them. He interacts with a big smile and can say I love you out loud as we all cheer for him he brings us together.

He’s a therapy dog for me. He has never left my side and cannot be replaced. He knows when I have low blood sugars and will tell me to take my medicine.

Rocky went to the vet three times over the past 3 weeks. Since returning from vacation given prednisone for strength, gabapentin for nerves and roboxin for pain. He’s suffering to survive at this point needs surgery.

Currently have no way of funding Rocky’s treatment as I’m not working and he requires my full time attention just to have a will to survive.
