Rocky is a 9-year-old American Pit Bull Terrier in Elyria, OH, who needs $2,000 for surgery to remove a bowel obstruction.

Rocky was a rescue who i fostered and foster failed about 6 years ago. He was saved by Maggies Mission from Meigs County where he was surrended by his owner for being too big for his 3 year old. I had a 3 year old at the time and yes Rocky was a big dufus but he is just big couch potato. He has become our family member. Over this past weekend he started throwing up nonstop on me, my bed, everywhere. I thought maybe just a stomach bug. I boiled him chicken and rice and he ate it but threw it up. Then he started not even eating just wanting to drink nonstop but again threw that up.
