Rocky Ruff is a 5-year-old American Pit Bull-terrier mix in Troy, MI, who needs $924 for heartworm-treatment plan.

This is Rocky Ruff. He was found on Friday November 30th. I was working in Detroit and he was sitting on a corner of Schoolcraft and longacre street curled up in a ball. He was cold and very hungry. I was able to lure him in my van after about 45 minutes.
I am currently looking for a good home for him. I did want to keep him but I just don’t have enough time for him like he needs. I know he is better now than he was before. He is in a warm home and gets fed every day and is getting the veterinary help that he needs. He is loved by my children and myself. The time requirements for him are difficult as I work full-time, I have six kids, and three other dogs. I’ve had to leave work to walk him and feed him. This is something I am unable to continue to do due to my work hours. We love him very much and we are willing to give him to a loving family as that is what is best for him.
