Rescued Rocky at 3 at the HS, was told he was transferred from a Solano county shelter and that’s all we knew when we took him home. Rocky soon showed his carisma affection and natural charm. Now at 11 yrs Rocky struggles walking, an xray at the Bel key Marin Animal Hospital in shows a torn ligament in his left knee. At the same time protein in his urine was found and low thyroid was diagnosed. Medication for thyroid is not an alternative. Follow up blood test for thyroid and urine are recommended as well as referral for ortho specialist, brace, routinely injection for pain meds
