I was taking my 10 yr old shopping for her birthday and we passed a pet store, I didn’t want to go in because I always feel bad for all the animals in there and their living conditions. I couldn’t tell her no so we went in with my 8yr old daughter as well. They wanted to play with one of the puppies so I told them ok. But we couldn’t get any. We all fell in love with her. She was such a sweet pup.

We have only had her for 4 months now but she has changed our life for the better. We wasn’t ready for a dog but I believe everything happens for a reason. My girls love taking her for walks, even though she is known to pull from her breed she does amazing with my girls. She goes crazy to greet them when they come home from school. We can’t wait to take her camping with us in the spring!

I am in husky groups and I laugh at how all their dogs act and say my girl is broken. She doesn’t run away from you. She loved playing in the first snow with my girls. She loves being around my moms farm animals and her best friend a German shepherd. She doesn’t like when you laugh at her, she will tell you so and jump all over you lol. She loves to talk back, she thinks she is in charge :p

A month after we got her she started crying in pain, vet thought hip got bruised from being a pup bumping into something when she got zoomies. Treatment didn’t work and she couldn’t stand up so took her to ER, thought Lyme, treatment didn’t work took her back to vet, thought meningitis, treatment didn’t work took to Nuero, think inflammation in her spine. Treatment not working :( next steps listed

On a fixed income. I knew having a pet would come at an expense but I honestly thought I had time. Everyone is telling me I should surrender her because I can’t afford it. My family would be devastated! She has touched us all and my 13 yr with her depression and anxiety.
