About this campaign

I have always wanted to have a dog, ever since I can remember. My parents never allowed me to have one because they were never really dog persons. After I left home for college and graduated I finally got my first dog Roger 3 years ago. He lives with me and has become my companion, we do everything together and I take him everywhere I go.

Roger is a very loving dog, he is super sweet and playful. Roger managed to win the hearts of my parents who never wanted a dog in their home. They love him so much they sometimes take him home with them. Roger is the kind of dog who is always by your side and who will patiently wait by the door for you to come home.

Roger is a very smart dog and finds a way to get things to work in his favor. He is very loving and sweet and will always put a smile on your face. Whenever someone gets home he will bring over a toy a make greeting noises. He will without a doubt win over anyone who crosses his path. He is the best company anyone could wish for.

Roger was diagnosed with lymphoma at the end of July, a few days after his 3rd birthday. He had a tumor removed surgically and is now undergoing chemo which he’ll need to recover. The treatment will last 26 weeks. He is being seen by the Pet Cancer Group in Miami Florida and the vet treating him is Dr. Villamil.

I am starting off my career since I graduated a couple of years ago and I am still paying off some debt. My salary isn’t remotely close for me to be able to pay for this kind of treatment.
